Characteristics of a good Business owner

1. A good business owner must be a risk taker. Most entreprenuers are afraid of taking risk, but it is quite true that it is riskier not to take the risk.

2. A good entreprenuer MUST be a goal getter. Your mission and visions are what drives your business to its destination

3. You must be persistent and hardworking. A good business owner should be able to overcome challenges. He/she should not give up easily, He/she should be persistent enough to try again and again after failing as this will give him/her more experience.

4. A good business owner should have good communication skills, He/she should be able to communicate the business goals and values to the staff and should also be able to establish cordiality and good communication network with customers so as to know their insights and needs

5. A good business owner should be ready to take responsibility for his/her decisons, actions and inactions. If you can not take respoinsibility to what you have done, then dont start a business!

6. A good business owner should be innovative. He/she should be able to understand the market trend, the changes in consumer needs and also profer solutions to satisfy the needs

7. A good business owner should be a good thinker. He/she should endeavour to master the arts of lateral thinking as this will open doors for new ideas
