Skills acquisition series: PRODUCTION OF ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED: -
Powder milk - 1kg
Egg Albumen (egg white) - 6 eggs
Flavour (liquid) - 2 bottles
Icing sugar (as desired)
Sodium Benzoate (preservative) - 1 table spoon
Bi-carbonate of soda 1 table spoon
CMC (carbonate methyl cellulus) - 1 table spoon
Food colour (optional)
Please Note: To increase quantity, increase given measurement appropriately
METHOD OF PRODUCTION
1. Dissolve your CMC in a plate of ordinary water
2. Whisk the egg white, break egg carefully to avoid mixing the with (albumen) with yolk
3. Get a bowl of clean ordinary water (1 litre)
4. Add flavour (carefully, excess makes it bitter) and stir flavours come in different fragrances (banana, strawberry, vanilla) etc.
5. Add milk and stir
6. Add king sugar and stir
7. Add Bi-carbonate of soda and stir
8. Add sodium Benzoate and stir.
