Fake Doctor Infects 6 years old Boy with HIV

A 30 years old Man Jonathan Ibrahim has been arrested by the Nasarawa State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC). Jonathan Ibrahim, a fake Doctor was arrested alongside his wife for transfusing an unscreened blood to the innocent 6 years old Boy.

This was confirmed by a statement by the Nasarawa State commandant of the NSCDC Lawan Bashir-Kano who disclosed to reporters that further investigation is on going in the case, the fake Doctor and His wife also tested positive to the virus and that the suspect has been remanded in the Lafia prison following arraignment at the court.

The mother of the child Dorcas Alaku, revealed that the suspect operates a clinic in Iwashi village and that she took her child to the clinic when he had fever child last year and the suspect transfused an unscreened blood to him alongside other 2 patients. She disclosed that the Boy's health has deteriorated since that and the Boy is currently suffering from chronic hernia. She also said that other two patients have tested positive of HIV.
