10 years old marriage dismissed by court for lack off sexual satisfaction

A mother of four Iyabo Adebayo, filed a case for the dismissal of her 10 years old marriage with her husband Babatunde. The case was filed in a customary court in Mapo. Mrs Iyabo in her statement said that her husband is very weak in Bed and cannot satisfy her. She declared that the husband can no longer satisfy her sexual desire and other material things. "I no longer have feelings for my husband, he is very weak in Bed and satisfy my sexual needs. I have endured the situation for so long, now I have run out of patience." In addition to this, he cannot provide the basic needs in the family and he beats me up at every provocation" "I plead that the court should dismiss my marriage so I can regain happiness."Iyabo said. The Husband of the complainant Babatunde in his response pleaded with the court to give him time to settle the whole issue. He declared that he will try his best to provide what he wife is complaining about. At the end the court declared that the marriage be dismissed after trying to settle the case amicably but all to know avail as the two parties failed to reach a compromise. Iyabo was mandated to be in custody of the 4 children while the husband was to pay a monthly stipend of 10,000 naira.
